Reception staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were comfortable, beautifully equipped and decorated. We especially appreciated the walk-in shower and double sinks in the bathroom. Dinner was delicious and our waiter was superb. Wilden Mann was a highlight of our 7 days in Switzerland.

Altes ehrwürdiges Haus mit Charme und Eleganz. Durch die Nähe zum Parkhaus Kesselturm sind die letzten 50 Meter mit Gepäck ein Katzensprung. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in einem beruhigten Bereich gelegen und die Lage zur Altstadt sehr positiv.

We stayed at your hotel with a Gate1 tour. It was our favorite hotel of the whole trip. It is such a beautifully maintained historic property. We felt like we were staying in a museum! I stayed at Wilden Mann as part of a tour organized by Martin Randall Company. The hotel was first rate. The room was spacious and clean and the ambiance was much better than what one gets at hotels run by large international companies. The hotel location is within walking distance of the auditorium of the Lucerne Festival, as well as the main rail station and the boat landing.
